At Clothora, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy.

This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • With original tags attached
  • In its original packaging

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@clothora.shop.

Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can evaluate the problem and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Items that have been worn, used, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Personalized or custom-made items, if applicable

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
